The terms for text messages about your LightCast request, from Macomb Power Washing Solutions, LLC. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help at any time.
These terms cover text messages sent by Macomb Power Washing Solutions, LLC (“MPWS”), the company behind LightCast. By opting in to texts from MPWS, you agree to them.
1. What we text
MPWS sends conversational and account messages to people who have opted in: links to your estimate and quote, confirmations and reminders for appointments, updates about the work, invoices and receipts, follow-ups and requests for feedback, and answers to texts you send us. We send no promotional or marketing texts today. If that changes, we will first ask you for a separate, express consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like without losing the service messages above.
2. How to opt in
On lightcastmi.com, tick the text-message consent box on a request form: the estimate form or the “send my number” form under the measuring tool. The box is unchecked by default and its label carries the full disclosure, quoted in section 3. Texting (586) 284-3810 also opts you in, as does ticking the same box on a form on macombpowerwashing.com or on a request form linked from a message our customer management system sends you, or handing your mobile number to someone on our team and saying yes to texts.
An unticked box changes nothing about your request. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy any service.
3. The consent wording
The consent box on our forms reads, word for word:
Text me about this request. By ticking this box I agree to receive text messages from Macomb Power Washing Solutions, LLC about my quote, appointment reminders, and updates about my service at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Under the box:
Leave the box unticked and we will reply by email or phone instead. Either way you get the same quote.
4. Frequency and cost
How many texts you get depends on your request, usually a handful for each estimate or appointment. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. One confirmation follows, and after that MPWS sends nothing more until you reply START or opt in again through section 2.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message, call (586) 284-3810 (Mon–Sat, 8am–10pm), or email hello@macombpowerwashing.com.
7. Carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your phone number and consent records. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
