The owners

Macomb Power Washing Solutions was founded in 2022. Its owners, Justin Dillard and Landen Glefke, run crews that wash siding and clean roofs and gutters across Macomb and Oakland County all year.

LightCast is the lighting side of the same company. Every channel is fitted to the fascia or tucked under the drip edge, and every install keeps one rule on every house: nothing goes through a shingle.

Permanent and seasonal

What LightCast installs.

Permanent roofline lighting: commercial-grade RGBW LEDs in a low-profile aluminum channel, mounted on the fascia board or beneath the drip edge, with hardware picked for what the trim is made of, and never through a shingle. It is color-matched to the trim and barely visible by day.

A phone sets the colors, zones, brightness, schedules and effects, and one fixture does warm white and full color. It is rated for Michigan winters, zoned so a failed run is found without pulling anything down, and carries a warranty on the track and diodes. It costs $22–34 per lit foot, installed once in an autumn visit.

A seasonal option: a one-season lease of commercial-grade C9 LED displays at $18–32 per foot per season with a $595 minimum. We own the lights, design the display, cut each run to the roofline, put it up in November on clips that leave shingles and gutters unharmed, repair outages during the season, take it down in January and store it. Lit wreaths and garland are the only add-ons. If the lease suits a house better than a permanent channel, we say so.

The free LightCast tool measures a house from one straight-on photo. It finds the roofline, takes its scale from a garage door or front door you tap, counts the peaks and prices both options. The photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded, and our crew verifies the footage on site before ordering anything.

Prices by footage are on the permanent Christmas lights cost per foot guide, and every community we serve is on the service area page.
